As each piece is uniquely created based on your specifications, they are not typically eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a defect or discrepancy in craftsmanship upon arrival.

Cancellations and Modifications: As our products are tailored to your individual preferences, cancellations or modifications to orders can usually only be accepted within a business week of placing the order, subject to the stage of production. After this period, we begin crafting your item, and cancellations or modifications may not be feasible.

4. Non-Refundable Deposit or Fees: For certain custom or made-to-order items that require upfront costs or deposits for materials, design, or production, these fees may be non-refundable.

5. Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days of our confirmation of the return. Please note that the refunded amount may exclude shipping, taxes, or non-refundable fees as per our policies.

6. Return Shipping: In case of authorized returns, customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to ensure its safe return.
